Is walking your dog becoming a nightmare? Are you struggling to control your dog in the house? Would your dog rather bolt after a squirrel than come back to you for a treat?
The amount of work that goes into helping your dog can be exhausting. The Dog School Programme lets you sit back and have the professional do all the hard work whilst also still allowing you to enjoy your beloved family member in the evenings/on the weekends!
Your dog gets trained while you're at work
More frequent training sessions means quicker learning
10 days of intensive dog training with
Ross Macnamara (5+ years of experience)
followed up with 3 in-person lessons to help you maintain
your dog's good behaviour
We'll gain a deeper understanding of what drives your dog's behaviour
Plenty of individual play time to help expend their energy
Drop off will be anytime between 8 am and 9 am. We'll have a quick chat about how things have been with your dog before leaving them with us for the day. Your dog will be given time to stretch their legs and sniff before getting into our first training exercises.
AFTERNOON
After our morning training session your dog will be given time to rest and sleep, ensuring they're energised for their afternoon training sessions. This is where your dog will travel off-site to work in new, distracting environments to test and solidify their training.
EVENING
We'll have another 2-3 active training sessions before home time. Pickup will be any time between 5 pm and 6 pm. Here, we'll have another chat about what your dog has accomplished and if there are any specific things I need you to do with your dog when you get home.

Yes, the programme runs Monday to Friday and each day builds on the last, so the full week is essential. I can point you toward dog friendly accommodation nearby to make the stay as easy as possible.
In most cases yes — the intensive format is actually ideal for dogs with serious issues because the consistency and volume of work across the week creates faster change than weekly sessions ever could. Book a discovery call and I'll will give you an honest answer about whether it's the right fit.
Yes. I've worked with a wide range of breeds and the programme is built around your specific dog rather than a generic approach.
You'll leave with a clear aftercare plan covering exactly what to do to maintain and build on the progress made. I'm also contactable after the programme if questions come up once you're home.
Yes, if you complete every session, engage fully with the process, and still aren't seeing real improvement by Friday, you get every penny back.
As far ahead as possible , only one client is taken per week so spaces are limited. Discovery calls are free and there's no commitment required to have the initial conversation.
The in-person programme is available to anyone within a reasonable distance of Central Scotland. If you're further afield, get in touch and we'll see what's possible. Online training options are also available for those outside the area.
In most cases, no. I've worked with dogs that their owners had almost given up on entirely. The first step is a free discovery call where I'll ask about your dog's specific situation and give you an honest answer about what's achievable.
Most training approaches focus on managing your dog's behaviour in controlled environments or distracting them with food. The Reactivity Rehab Programme works differently: we train outdoors in real environments, address the root cause of the reactivity rather than the symptoms, and build a genuine relationship between you and your dog that lasts beyond the programme.
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes within the first few sessions. The full programme runs over approximately 10 weeks, though the pace is tailored to you and your dog.
It's a free 30-minute call where I'll ask about your dog, their behaviour, and your current situation. There's no hard sell, it's genuinely just to understand whether the programme is the right fit for you. If it's not, I'll tell you.
Yes. If you complete every session, follow the programme, do the homework, and still aren't seeing real improvement then you get your money back in full. No awkward conversations, no small print.
Yes, payment plans are available via PayPal. Bring it up on the discovery call and we'll sort something that works for you.
Because that's where the problems actually happen. Training a reactive dog in a hall and then expecting them to behave on a busy street is like learning to drive in a car park and then getting straight onto a motorway. Real environments with real triggers is the only way to build real results.
